Healing does not have to happen alone.
Group therapy creates a space where individuals can connect with others who are navigating similar experiences. In a supportive and guided environment, group members share, listen, reflect, and grow together. While each person’s experience is unique, the shared space often brings insight, validation, and encouragement.

Growing through connection, shared experience, and support.
Parent-Child Relationship Therapy
We offer Parent-Child Relationship Therapy (CPRT) groups designed to strengthen the connection between caregivers and their children.
CPRT is an evidence-based, therapeutic play approach that helps caregivers learn skills to better understand their child’s behaviors, respond with confidence, and build a more secure relationship.
The group is:
- Closed and structured to support consistency and trust
- Limited to 4 participants to ensure individualized support
- 10 weeks in length, allowing time for learning, practice, and growth
Caregivers are guided in learning practical, relationship-centered skills that can be used at home to support emotional connection and reduce behavioral challenges.
The focus is not on “fixing” the child, but on strengthening the relationship.
